La coloc est équipée d’une machine à laver et d'un séchoir !

💶 Le loyer est de 725€ (+ 70-80€ de charges comprenant la femme de ménage qui vient toutes les semaines, le wifi et l'électricité)

🚉 Situé à 5 min à pied de la place Jourdan, 10-15min à pied du métro et de gare Schuman, du métro Mérode et à 10 min à pied du parc Cinquantenaire
