A room in our cozy townhouse will be available starting June 1st !You’d be joining a lovely 6-bedroom house with a nice courtyard, located in Auderghem, right on the border of Ixelles and Etterbeek. The house is just a 5-minute walk from Hankar metro stop (line 5), about 15 minutes by metro to Schuman (ideal for EU institutions), and a 15-minute walk to the VUB/ULB campus. The 34 bus line also passes right by the house and the 71 bus line is a 7 min walk away (Delta station).



The room is fully furnished with a double bed (mattress, pillows, etc.), a large wardrobe, a desk, and a sink. You’d share a shower with two other roommates, and the house has three toilets in total.The rent is €570 + €75 fixed charges, which include heating, water, electricity, internet, and cleaning of the common spaces every two weeks.



The house is in a safe, quiet area and close to green spaces like Parc Woluwe.



There’s also a fully equipped kitchen (plates, cutlery, pots, glasses, coffee machine, microwave, etc.), a dishwasher, two refrigerators, a washing machine, and a dryer. Common areas include a dining room (table for eight), a cozy living room with a large modern sofa, and an outdoor table in the courtyard.



Currently, 5 girls live in the house: a 31-year-old Italian working in a museum, two 25-year-old Italians working at the EU Parliament, a 29-year-old Brazilian project manager, and a 30-year-old Andorran PhD student plus one cat (so unfortunately not ideal for allergies).



We’re ideally looking for someone between 28 and 32, and we’re open to both girls and boys. The most important thing for us is someone respectful, contributing to the cleanliness of the shared spaces and easy going. We all get along well, occasionally share dinners or activities, but the house is generally calm, and everyone also enjoys their own space and independence.
