I’m a single mom offering a furnished room for rent in an 85 m² apartment with a large terrace. Ideal for a student, close to "La Doua".

The apartment has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a separate toilet, an open-plan kitchen/living room, and a spacious terrace.
I live in the apartment with my three-year-old son.

I have already hosted several PhD students from India and Morocco, and it was always a great experience. I would be happy to share their contact details if that helps.

Rent: €550 + €50 for utilities (including electricity, internet, and a cleaning service).

Je propose une chambre meublée à louer dans un appartement de 85 m2, avec une grande terrasse. Idéal pour une étudiante, proche de la doua et de la prépa du Parc.

L’appartement est composé de trois chambres, 1 sdb et 1 wc séparé, 1 cuisine ouverte sur le salon et une grande terrasse.
J'occupe l'appartement avec mon fils de trois ans.

Chambre : 550€ + 50€ de charges ( dont électricité, internet, femme de ménage)
