🌈 /!\ Sous-location de chambre dans une colocation 100% queer /!\ 🌈

Nous proposons une chambre meublée de 10m² dans notre appartement de 82m² à Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, proche des docks et des stations de métro 13 et 14. La sous-location peut se faire sur du moyen ou du long terme.

L'appartement est neuf et se compose de 3 chambres, 2 salles d'eau, un espace salon / cuisine ouverte et un petit balcon, il y beaucoup de fenêtres donc c'est très lumineux, et il y a de la place pour des plantes vertes ☀️🌱

La chambre à occuper comporte un lit double avec un dressing et un espace bureau, ainsi qu'une belle poutre au plafond ! La.e futur.e colocataire partagera la grande salle de bain avec une 2ème coloc. Il sera possible de stocker des affaires dans un grand placard à l'entrée ainsi que dans un cellier présent sur le palier (grand luxe). Un local à vélo est également disponible dans l'immeuble.

(Nota : Nous sommes en plein déménagement d'où les photos à vide du logement pour le moment mais il sera bien meublé)

Le montant de la sous-location est de 590 euros et comprend l'occupation et l'utilisation de la 3ème chambre et des espaces communs, avec électricité et internet compris.

⚓Clem, elle, 30 ans, travaille pour un distributeur de peinture bâtiment (utile pour des petits travaux), aime cuisiner, bricoler, le volley, et Sirius, son fils, sa bataille

🐚Sirius, il, 5 ans et demi, Jack Russel croisé Pinscher, aime dormir, manger, et sa maîtresse Clem

La colocation se veut assez indépendante et calme, mais nous partageons régulièrement des moments, verres et soirées ensemble.

Nous recherchons une personne s'identifiant comme LGBTQIA+, de nos âges, à l'aise avec le fait de vivre avec un (petit) chien et souhaitant partager un espace de vie à la fois autonome et convivial💃🕺

🌈 /!\ Bedroom subletting within a queer flat-share /!\ 🌈

We are offering a 10m² furnished bedroom within our 82m² flat in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (93), close to the Docks and the subway stations 13 and 14. The sublet can be for short or long-term.

The flat is very recent and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living-room / open-plan kitchen, and a small balcony. There is a lot of windows so it's very bright and we have space for plants☀️🌱

The bedroom has a double-bed, a wardrobe and a desk space, with a nice beam on the celling ! The future occupant will share the large bathroom with a second flatmate. It will be possible to store belongings in a closet located in the hallway, and in a storeroom outside the flat. There is also a bike space in the building.

(Nota : We are currently moving in so for now we don't have photos of the flat with the furnitures in it)

The sublet costs 590 euros and includes the use of the 3rd room and the shared space, with electricity and internet.

The flatsharing is quite independant and calm, but we do enjoy sharing everyday life moments and parties.
