Je sous-loue ma chambre à partir à partir du 5 février et jusqu'à fin juillet. Les dates peuvent être flexibles.

LE QUARTIER
L'appartement est bien situé dans la ville, dans le 18e arrondissement. On est donc très bien connecté avec la ligne de métro 12 ou 4, lesquelles sont à moins de 5min à pieds. Il y a aussi des supermarchés à quelques pas et plein des petites cafés et restaurants sympas.

L'APPART
L'appartement fait 50 m² et la chambre environ 11 m². C'est un charmant appart ancien qui se compose de deux chambres à vivre, d'un salon meublé, d'une cuisine, et d'une toilette avec une machine à laver. Particularité : chaque chambre a sa propre douche.

LA CHAMBRE
De la chambre, on a une vue sur la rue, mais la nuit, on peut fermer les volets intérieurs, ce qui rend la chambre très sombre. Comme l´appartement se trouve au 3e étage, la chambre est lumineuse en journée.

De manière générale, tu n'as pas besoin d'apporter de meubles, car l'appartement dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin : il y a un très grand dressing comprenant notamment une tringle à vêtements, ainsi qu'une partie étagère (v. photos). La chambre comprend également un très grand lit double king size (1.80x2.00).

S'agissant du loyer, celui-ci est de 875€ sans les charges, et de 938€ tout compris (internet et assurance inclus). Quant aux APL, puisqu'il s'agit d'une sous-location, je propose que l'on discute ensemble de la démarche que l'on suivra.
Ayant versé une caution de 700€, je propose de faire de même.

LA COLOCATION
Tu partageras l'appartement avec Valentina qui fait son master de journalisme à Science Po. En ce qui la concerne, Valentina est italienne, parle très bien anglais et comprend également bien le français. Nous avions cependant pris l'habitude d'échanger en anglais. Valentina est très facile à vivre. Bien qu’elle puisse parfois être occupée avec ses révisions et son travail, elle ne refuse jamais de partager un moment, que ce soit un verre, une partie de jeu de société, ou d'aller manger dans un des nombreux restaurants du coin. Du fait de l’agencement des chambres et du salon, c’est facile de pouvoir prendre du temps pour soi, et lorsque l’on veut faire quelque chose à plusieurs, aller se retrouver dans le salon.

I am subletting my room from February 5 until the end of July. The dates are flexible.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is very well located in the city, in the 18th arrondissement. It is therefore extremely well connected, with metro lines 12 and 4 both less than a 5-minute walk away. There are also supermarkets just around the corner, as well as plenty of nice cafés and restaurants nearby.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment is 50 m², and the bedroom is approximately 11 m². It is a charming old-style Parisian apartment consisting of two bedrooms, a furnished living room, a kitchen, and a separate toilet with a washing machine. One particular feature worth noting is that each bedroom has its own private shower.

THE ROOM
The room overlooks the street, but at night the interior shutters can be closed, making the room very dark. As the apartment is on the third floor, the room is bright during the day.

In general, there is no need to bring furniture, as the apartment is fully equipped with everything one might need. The room includes a very large walk-in wardrobe, with both a clothes rail and shelving (see photos). It also features a very large king-size double bed (1.80 × 2.00).

As regards the rent, it amounts to €875 excluding charges, and €938 all-inclusive (internet and insurance included).
As for housing benefits (APL), since this is a sublet, I suggest that we discuss together the approach we will follow.
As I paid a €700 security deposit, I would ask for the same amount.

THE FLATSHARE
You will be sharing the apartment with Valentina, who is completing a Master’s degree in journalism at Sciences Po. She is Italian, speaks excellent English, and also has a good command of French. We have, however, been accustomed to communicating mainly in English. Valentina is very easy to live with. Although she can sometimes be busy with her studies and work, she is always happy to spend time together—whether for a drink, a board game, or going out to eat at one of the many restaurants in the neighborhood. Thanks to the layout of the bedrooms and the living room, it is easy both to enjoy privacy and, when desired, to meet up and spend time together in the living room.
