I’m flexibly subletting a room in our large apartment in the 17eme arrondissement, on the Rue Lemercier.
The room is available between May 15th and September 1st, but feel free to ask about slightly different dates or shorter periods. I am flexible.
The room is very quiet and directed towards the courtyard, so it’s even easily possible to sleep with the windows open. It comes furnished with a small desk, office chair, wardrobe, bed and the usual essentials.

The two flatmates are working but we’re open to different situations and are looking for someone respectful, easygoing, and clean. The apartment is a place where everyone can feel comfortable, have their own space, and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. With mutual respect, we’re also happy to have people around from time to time.
Cleanliness is important to us, and a cleaner comes every two weeks. This is included and covers the whole apartment, including the room.
