In addition to your bedroom, you will have access to a large living room, a kitchen, a fitness/yoga room, a small TV lounge, a coworking space and a private courtyard.

The whole coliving apartment is around 300 sqm and comprises 11 studios spread over 3 levels.

All utilities are included in the rent: electricity, water, heating, internet fiber, Netflix and cleaning of common areas.

The property is located close to all shops, great restaurants and markets and the Maraîchers and Alexandre Dumas metro stations.
