Je propose ma chambre en sous-location dans une colocation calme et agréable de 84 m² à L’Île-Saint-Denis, disponible prochainement.

La chambre est normalement non meublée, mais je laisse mes meubles pour le moment.

Je garde actuellement mon bail pour des raisons administratives, mais par la suite, si le courant passe bien avec l’autre colocataire, il pourra être possible de reprendre ma place sur le bail.

L’appartement se partage dans une ambiance calme, respectueuse et conviviale. Je cherche quelqu’un de sérieux·se, autonome et soigneux·se, à l’aise avec une vie en coloc simple et agréable.

Le loyer est de 450 € par mois, avec environ 80 € de charges mensuelles. Cela comprend notamment l’électricité, l’assurance, internet, ainsi que les charges courantes de l’appartement. Le chauffage central et l’eau sont inclus.

L’appartement comprend notamment une salle de bain avec baignoire, une salle d’eau avec douche, des toilettes séparées, un balcon, un ascenseur, une machine à laver, un sèche-linge, le wifi, etc.

Il se situe à environ 12 à 15 minutes à pied de Mairie de Saint-Ouen (lignes 13 et 14), avec également plusieurs lignes de bus à proximité.

Je peux aussi ajouter ton nom sur certaines factures, par exemple l’abonnement internet, si besoin.

P.S. Une autre chambre dans l’appartement pourrait également se libérer, car l’un des colocataires prévoit de partir dès qu’il aura trouvé son propre logement. Pour le moment, son préavis est censé se terminer le 30 mai, même si cela peut encore changer s’il n’a pas trouvé d’ici là. Si vous avez absolument besoin d’un bail classique, vous pouvez aussi contacter mon colocataire Gérard, qui a également publié une annonce pour cette chambre.

I’m offering my room as a sublet in a calm and pleasant 84 m² shared flat in L’Île-Saint-Denis, available soon.

The room is normally unfurnished, but I’m leaving my furniture there for the time being.

I’m currently keeping my lease for administrative reasons, but later on, if things go well with the other flatmate, there may be a possibility of taking over my place on the lease.

The flat has a calm, respectful, and friendly atmosphere. I’m looking for someone reliable, independent, and considerate, who is comfortable with an easy and respectful shared living arrangement.

The rent is €450 per month, with approximately €80 in monthly charges. This includes electricity, insurance, internet, as well as the usual shared flat expenses. Central heating and water are included.

The flat includes a bathroom with a bathtub, a second bathroom with a shower, separate toilet, balcony, elevator, washing machine, dryer, wifi, etc.

It is located about a 12 to 15-minute walk from Mairie de Saint-Ouen metro station (lines 13 and 14), with several bus lines nearby as well.

I can also add your name to certain bills, such as the internet bill, if needed.
