I'm looking for a third roommate, someone very bright and friendly and lively.
The housemates' names are Julie and Deepa
The apartment is just a 15 minute walk from Porte des Lilas, 10 minutes from Marie de Lilas metro station and has very good bus links, including the night bus.
There are many shops nearby, the closest is Lidl which is just a 2 minute walk away.
The private room is available right immediately.
Each room is lockable and has a refrigerator.
There is one and also a second WC in the bathroom.
The rent is €590 per month plus €95 charges but this can change depending on our consumption.
