I am actually renting a non furnished room with balcony, of 20m square, in a 110m square appartment.

The price of the rent is of 1200 chf (utilities included apart electricity)

Ideally, my future flatmate is over 40 but I remain open to evaluate any situation or need, depending on the compatibility.
The idea is to share a super appartment and not rent a room but other options are also possible.
The place is 3 minutes walk from Lausanne Gare, 1 minute from M2 Grancy Lausanne, 10 minutes walk to the lake.
