🏠 About the apartment: Within walking distance of Josaphat Park. Only 4 minutes on foot from Coteaux tram stop. Bright, quiet and energy-efficient, with a sunny terrace. Bike storage, cellar. Quietly situated, not facing the street.

🛏️ The room: Furnished or unfurnished — you can take over the bed, dresser, desk and chair. Rent: €635/month. All-inclusive (water, electricity, internet, cleaning service & insurance): approximately €700/month.

🤝 Who we're looking for: Someone relaxed who enjoys a friendly, respectful atmosphere. We both work during the week and often cook and eat together in the evenings. Sometimes we head into the city for a drink on weekends — feel free to join!
