About the house:
The house is located in Rue Forestière in Ixelles, a quiet residential street yet close to everything, including the EU institutions. It’s a stone’s throw away from Chatelain square, public transport (bus 60 & 38, tram 8 & 93), shops, supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, Bois de la Cambre & Park Tenbosch, Ixelles ponds, Flagey, amongst others.

The house was fully renovated in August 2024. There are two kitchens with two dishwashers, a big living room with balcony, a washing machine and dryer in the basement.

About the housemates:
The house has 11 rooms, spread out on 5 floors, with young professionals from all over the world (current profiles: Maltese, Belgian, Italian, Serbian, Vietnamese, Portuguese, Dutch, Spanish). Despite the amount of people, it is never crowded in the house with over 200m2 of space in the common areas. We enjoy having a chat over a cup of tea, cooking dinners together or watching movies in the living room, but we also respect each other’s privacy and spaces.
